I’m Joreal Whitfield, a strategic technology leader whose career is built on resilience, integrity, and impactful leadership. My journey began with nearly a decade in Air Force intelligence operations and command and control, where I developed a disciplined approach to strategy and decision-making. Transitioning to the tech sector, I’ve since led cross-functional teams at Salesforce, overseeing more than $100M in annual revenue for global enterprise accounts across industries including health and life sciences, high tech, manufacturing, and commercial business services.

My expertise spans product strategy, customer success, and operational excellence, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering long-term value. With an MBA from Purdue and a commitment to developing future leaders, I bring a high-caliber approach to leadership, emphasizing servant leadership, accountability, and sustainable growth. I’ve had the honor of speaking at Dreamforce 2021 and serve on Seton Hall University’s Transformative Leadership Advisory Council.
